SONGER PRE-SALE ACCESS PROMOTION

1. Promotion Overview

These Terms and Conditions govern the Songer Pre-Sale Access Promotion (the "Promotion") run in connection with the release of Songer's album "What If I Say No?" and upcoming UK/Ireland tour dates. By participating in the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Promoter

The Promotion is operated by or on behalf of Songer (the "Promoter"). For queries relating to this Promotion, please contact via the official Songer store.

3. Eligibility

The Promotion is open to participants worldwide, subject to the following conditions:

  • Participants must be aged 8 or over. Please note that age restrictions vary by venue — see Section 5 for full details. It is the participant's responsibility to ensure they meet the age requirements for the specific show(s) they wish to attend before purchasing tickets.
  • Participants must have access to a valid email address.
  • Employees and immediate family members of the Promoter and its associated companies are not eligible to participate.

4. How to Participate

There are two ways to qualify for pre-sale access:

  • Purchase: Pre-order a copy of "What If I Say No?" from the official Songer store (songer.co.uk) by 5:00pm on Tuesday 13 May 2026.
  • No Purchase Necessary: Register your email address via the designated sign-up link on the official Songer website (songer.co.uk) by 5:00pm on Tuesday 13 May 2026.

No purchase is necessary to receive pre-sale access. Purchasing the album does not increase your chances of receiving pre-sale access, as all qualifying participants receive the same access.

Those who have already pre-ordered the album via the official store prior to the promotion launch will be automatically registered and do not need to take any further action.

5. Pre-Sale Access

Pre-sale access entitles qualifying participants to purchase tickets to the following Songer tour dates during the pre-sale window, subject to availability:

  • Thu 19 Nov 2026 – O2 Academy, Bristol, United Kingdom (Ages 8+; under 14s must be accompanied by an adult aged 18+)
  • Fri 20 Nov 2026 – O2 Academy, Birmingham, United Kingdom (Stalls: Ages 14+; Balcony: Ages 8–14 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18+)
  • TBC – Glasgow, United Kingdom (age restrictions TBC)
  • Tue 24 Nov 2026 – Academy, Dublin, Ireland (Ages 18+)
  • Thu 26 Nov 2026 – Manchester Academy, Manchester, United Kingdom (Ages 14+)
  • Sat 28 Nov 2026 – O2 Academy Brixton, London, United Kingdom (Ages 14+)

The key dates for this Promotion are as follows:

  • Mon 11 May 2026, 10:00am BST – Promotion announced
  • Tue 13 May 2026, 5:00pm BST – Deadline to pre-order or register for pre-sale access
  • Tue 13 May 2026, 7:00pm BST – Pre-sale links sent by email
  • Wed 13 May 2026, 10:00am BST – Artist Pre-sale opens
  • Thu 14 May 2026, 10:00am BST – Spotify Pre-sale opens
  • Fri 15 May 2026, 10:00am BST – General on-sale begins; artist pre-sale access expires

Pre-sale links will be sent at 7:00pm on Tuesday 13 May 2026 to the email address used at checkout or provided at registration. It is the participant's responsibility to ensure their email address is entered correctly.

The artist pre-sale window opens at 10:00am on Wednesday 13 May 2026 and closes when general on-sale begins at 10:00am on Friday 15 May 2026. Any unused pre-sale access expires at this point. Please note that a separate Spotify pre-sale will open at 10:00am on Thursday 14 May 2026 and is governed by Spotify's own terms and conditions.

6. Ticket Availability

Pre-sale access does not guarantee the purchase of tickets. Tickets are subject to availability during the pre-sale window. The Promoter accepts no responsibility if tickets are unavailable at the time a participant attempts to purchase. Tickets are sold subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant ticketing provider.

7. General Conditions

  • Pre-sale access is non-transferable, has no cash value, and may not be exchanged.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend the Promotion at any time without notice, and to disqualify any participant who provides false information or breaches these Terms and Conditions.
  • The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any failure to receive pre-sale access due to technical issues, spam filters, or incorrect email addresses provided by the participant.
  • The Promoter's decision on all matters relating to this Promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  • Tour dates, venues, and schedules are subject to change. The Promoter accepts no liability for any changes to tour dates or venues.

8. Data and Privacy

Personal data collected as part of this Promotion will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Promotion and delivering pre-sale access communications. Data will be handled in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy, available on songer.co.uk. Participants may opt out of further marketing communications at any time.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with this Promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with any ticketing platform.
